WIZZARD rapidly cuts into fat and oil, leaving cooking equipment clean. Breaks down heavy food soiling and cooking build-up to leave pots, pans, utensils, oven tops and equipment looking new.

Although designed to be used neat, Wizzard can also be diluted or foamed through automatic control equipment for cleaning large plant areas. Also great for use neat on smoke house doors and other built up carbon areas.
